You receive a monthly report of how many leads the website delivered.

What exactly is included for $149 a month?
Design and build, hosting, SSL and DNS management, unlimited ordinary content changes, click-to-call and quote or appointment-request forms, monthly lead counts, and supported embeds of tools you already use.
When does billing start?
Billing begins when the website goes live on your own domain. There is no setup fee and no build fee.
Is there a contract term?
No. The service is month to month. The price is a firm $149 a month, with no tiers or discounts.
How do changes work?
Email the change. Ordinary updates—pages, photos, promotions, hours, staff, and similar content—are unlimited. The good-faith target is completion within one business day, but that is a target rather than a guarantee.
How do leads reach me?
Calls use click-to-call. Quote and appointment-request forms deliver submissions to your email inbox, and the monthly report shows lead counts. An appointment request is a form submission, not a booking system.
What do I own?
You always own your domain and your content. If HoosierWebs registers a domain for you, you are the registrant and can transfer it out at no charge whenever you want.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime by emailing alex@hoosierwebs.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and the website then comes down. A one-time $500 static-export buyout is available if you want a copy to host elsewhere.
What is outside the service?
HoosierWebs does not build or operate booking, ordering, payment, or login systems. The service does not include email hosting, paid ads, SEO campaigns, social media, or phone support. Email is answered on business days.
